Windstream to Acquire Broadview Networks

An interesting development in the telecom world today with Windstream's announcement that they are going to acquire Broadview Networks.  I've had extensive experience working with both WindStream and Broadview over the last decade.

Last year Windstream decided to abandon the sub $1,500 market currently Broadview supports businesses down to 1 user.  It will be interesting to see if this policy changes.

Plus what's going to happen to the Allworx platform?  Broadview currently uses Mitel endpoints.
